SATURDAY 10am-4pm

SUNDAY 10am-4pm

No previous experience necessary
All levels and age groups welcome
All participants can expect to leave with a better connection with their horse and skills to work cattle in a practical, safe environment, that relates to real life cow work. Cutters, cowhorse enthusiasts, ropers, team penners/sorters, ranchers, feedlot pen riders, basically anyone that has a horse and wants to work cattle can benefit from the experience!

Why do we work fresh cattle???

We use fresh cattle because it’s so beneficial for you and your horse- fresh cattle respect your horse more, are more consistent and trainable. It allows us to help you find the holes in your cattle work and fix it. Horses of all levels can read fresh cattle better which helps improve communication between you and your horse.
We all have a hard time getting out of our comfort zone, as well as difficulty letting our horses do their job vs helping them when they need direction. This clinic will provide the opportunity to improve these areas in an encouraging and friendly way. Most important our goal is to have FUN and gain experience!
